John Donnellon is the founder and lead instructor of Homeschool Music Academy. With a lifelong passion for music and over 30 years of experience in teaching, directing, and performing, John launched the Academy to create opportunities for the homeschool community to experience the joy of music together. Through band, orchestra, and choir programs, his vision is to give students a place to grow musically, build lasting friendships, and be part of something larger than themselves.

Dr. Jerry Evanski serves as instructor and administrator at Homeschool Music Academy. A seasoned educator and lifelong musician, Jerry brings decades of experience in teaching, directing, and program leadership. His role combines guiding students in their musical journey with helping shape the structure and growth of the Academy. Jerry is passionate about creating opportunities for homeschool families to connect through music, ensuring the program runs smoothly while fostering a welcoming and enriching environment for every student.

Becky Donnellon is an instructor at Homeschool Music Academy with decades of experience in music, drama, and performance. She has directed children’s choirs at Shelby Bible Church and First Baptist Church of New Baltimore, sharing her love of music with the next generation. Beyond directing, Becky has extensive background in performance, acting and stage production. Her experience both on stage and behind the scenes brings depth and creativity to the Academy, inspiring students to explore music and the performing arts with confidence.
